    Order processing and shipping


    Please provide full address(building name and unit number or hotel name and room number) and a local Thai phone number(Courier guy will call up prior before delivery) in the delivery address whenever it is possible to ensure prompt delivery by 3rd party courier service.

    Please inform hotel reception that you are expecting a parcel delivery from courier.

    All payment completed orders are shipped out within 24 hours from Monday to Friday(excluding Public Holidays).

    For order after 13:00 pm on Friday, we will ship out on the next business working day.

    For Bangkok Same Day Delivery, order must be paid and confirmed by our staff before 09:00 am from Monday to Friday(excluding Public Holidays).

    For Same Day Delivery to Pattaya, order must be paid and confirmed by our staff before 13:00 pm from Monday to Friday(excluding Public Holidays).

    For GRAB Delivery within Bangkok, please contact Customer Service Representative to make appointment for delivery before placing order.

    PayPal's processing charge of 4.75% + 12 baht per transaction will be added to the total invoice amount.

    Please ensure the shipping address is correct when you submit your payment via PayPal.

    If you find a lower price from an online retailer in Thailand on an identical and in-stock product, tell us and we'll match it and provide FREE LOCAL EMS SHIPPING*.

    How to match a price to another online retailer:

    • Prior to placing your order, contact or LINE us. We will verify the item eligibility by reviewing the online retailer, their current price, and by confirming the item is in stock.
    • has the final decision for matching an online price.


    The following are guidelines and limitations:

    • The item must be currently in-stock at the online retailer's website and on at the time of the price match request.
    • We reserve the right to verify the price of the identical, in-stock item at the online retailer's website (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, color).
    • We will limit quantities to one-per-customer, per item, per day.


    We do not honor:
